A person can see a need. A person can develop an idea. A person can gather people. A person can take action. And that action can become a solution.
CITEA provides guidance, project development support, mentorship, technical expertise, volunteers, partnerships and visibility.
The aim is not for CITEA to do everything. The aim is to create more people who are doing something.
