Digital skills for 200 secondary school students
December 2025 · 4 min read

A structured 12-week curriculum, delivered by volunteers, measured by what students could actually do at the end.
We do not measure success by the number of events we organise. We ask how many people became equipped.
The programme ran across four schools with a shared curriculum: digital literacy, safe internet use, spreadsheets, and an introduction to building for the web.
Every student sat a practical assessment. 178 of 200 passed on the first attempt.
The volunteers who taught it were mostly working professionals giving four hours a month.
